They are responsible for handling all of our site inspections to determine what Roofing Works are required at your properties. They are quite spectacular at what they do and are able to answer all of your roofing questions. Read below to see an example;
When it comes to Strata Buildings, Private Clients, Real Estate Agents and Builders, our team is usually given a specific Scope of Works to follow, this is generally something along the lines of, “Please attend to the above property and quote for a Gutter Clean.” Our Estimators will attend to the property to inspect and quote for these exact requirements, BUT, they will also carry out a thorougher inspection over the roof to check for any other Roofing issues (maintenance related, required repairs and urgent repairs). This is something we ensure they do for every client and every site they inspect, as these noticed roofing issues can be just one reason as to why someone’s roof will leak. If we can see these issues and provide you with a resolution before they turn into a BIG problem, then OF COURSE we are going to let you know!!! We don’t want you to have to go through the stress of having a Roof leak, so we will make sure a quote and report is submitted to show you other areas on your roof which you should be concerned about.
