Ivy Roofing were great to deal with. The assessor’s knowledge of the problem and how to fix it, followed by quality of the workmanship from the team who completed the job and backed by a clearly genuine desire from all their team to look after the customer are worthy of a 5 star rating.
Had a positive experience with Ivy Roofing. Engaged Ivy Roofing to replace lead flashing and install Prestite foam under cut tiles in valleys. Had some concerns with the finished installation so I emailed Michael that night and next morning at 8:30 am he rang to arrange an inspection - at the site meeting he accepted my concerns and made arrangements to have them rectified. The work was carried out to my satisfaction as well as additional works not part of the scope at no further cost. I found Ivy Roofing to have excellent customer service always arrived on time, easy to deal with from office staff to site workers, worksite was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended the company

Very organised team. I had roof leak after broken tiles due to the storms. They did an immediate fix and identified root cause, then came back to complete the job. Pretty smooth process overall.
