We’d been dealing with ongoing roof leaks since purchasing our home five years ago, and it had become incredibly frustrating. Several tradies inspected the roof over that time, but none could confidently identify the source of the problem.
Our local real estate agent recommended Ivy Roofing, and we’re so glad we decided to give them a try.
From the outset, it was refreshing to deal with true professionals who clearly take pride in their work. They explained everything in plain English and provided detailed videos and photos before starting, showing exactly where and how the leaks were occurring. Once the job was completed, they again supplied photos and videos so we could clearly see what had been done.
Our roof is quite complex, but that didn’t phase them at all. Not only did they resolve the roofing issues, but they also identified that one of the leaks was actually caused by poor window flashing—something no one else had picked up—and fixed that as well.
In our experience with other tradies and builders, we were always given vague answers like “it could be this” or “maybe that.” Ivy Roofing was completely different. They were precise and confident in their assessment, which gave us real peace of mind.
These days, it feels harder than ever to find reliable and trustworthy tradies, but we never once felt uncertain with Ivy Roofing. They were professional, transparent, and straightforward from start to finish.
The team also made a real effort to fit us in quickly during a very busy period, which we truly appreciated given the urgency of the situation.
We’re based in North Kellyville and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ivy Roofing to anyone needing roofing work. These guys are legends.
They were detailed with the inspection and provided a temporary fix till the next schedule appointment.

Had a pergola’s old laser lite roof replaced. Overall great service and even better still, the price. Kept me informed at all stages along the way re when they were arriving, completion time etc. Additionally they were very prepared to listen to what we wanted re the design to stop some rain coming in from the previous build. We had Ivy come out to inspect our roof many months ago when we first noticed what we thought was a small water leak in our alfresco area.
Initially, we were a little taken aback by the quote. Like many people, we probably expected a roof to just be a roof. What we came to understand through the process is how much proper maintenance matters, and how critical the roof is in keeping your home dry and protected from the elements.
We obtained several quotes from other roofing companies and ultimately realised that Ivy were completely on the money. While there were one or two slightly cheaper options, I did not feel the same level of confidence that the job would be done properly. Ivy’s initial inspection was thorough, and the original scope of works was exactly what we ended up proceeding with.
In 2025 and 2026, it genuinely feels like finding good, trustworthy tradies has become harder and harder, with plenty of shonky operators around. At no point did we feel that with Ivy. They were professional, transparent, and straightforward from start to finish, which gave us real confidence in the work being done.
The team were very helpful and managed to fit us in quickly despite it being a very busy season, which we really appreciated given the urgency of the repairs.
We are based in Kellyville Ridge and I have no hesitation in recommending Ivy Roofing going forward.
