After storm damage to my home in Baulkham Hills, I had Ivy Roofing perform repairs and replace all my aging skylights. They were a breath of fresh air compared to other roofers I requested quotes from. The others either gave exorbitant and vague quotes or they didn't show up at all. Ivy gave me a detailed and reasonable quote and they always arrived on time when they said they would. It was a very easy to deal with their staff, their tradesmen were very professional and helpful. My experience with Ivy roofing has been amazing from the very first phone call regarding my roof leak. There were 2 leaky patches in my living room ceiling for which we struggled finding the source/solution after contacting 2 plumbers and 1 roofer until I spoke to Ivy team. The Ivy guy came over to inspect and sent over a detailed quote with an aerial top view photo/map indicating the issue. On the day, everything went well and I was given an thorough review of my roof as well. Michael was professional and was determined to fix the issue. It has been a week and no leak observed in the midst of incessant rain due to the Bomb Cyclone. Worth it for the product & service warranty included along with the professionalism.
