I had some spare roof tiles & Alex the Tradesman fitted them & removed the leaking whirly bird as well. Communication with office staff was good and friendly. Response to request for quotation was timely. Inspection visit was carried out on time with advance notification of technician arrival. Report of necessary and recommended repairs was clear and detailed, pricing reasonable. Service was carried out as agreed. Photos of completed work were provided. All rubbish was removed and site was left clean.
