I reminded myself today why I stick with Good trades . The Ivy Roofing Team were in attendance this week to complete the next round of Roofing Repairs and preventative maintenance required on a rather large tiled roofing area with skylights .
Two crews arrived on time, Interested and Motivated, with all the supplies as specified and quoted with the site plan , plus the inevitable extra's . No trips away from site even during the small rain interuptions. Great communication through out the job as allways from office and site , photo's and a clean site. One of the Team reminisced on the first day of starting his apprentiship with Ivy was on our site some 5 years ago , signed his paper work with the now General manager who was himself team leader that Day . Another great result - no variations - no leaks !

With the recent rain, our home suddenly had a serious leak fault in the roofing which naturally was extremely stressful -- the office staff I spoke to, however, were incredibly kind, supportive and prompt, and helped ensure that there would be a solution as quickly as possible. Ivy were extremely transparent about what they needed to do, as well as what was needed from me, and I could not be more happy with the communication they provided to ease my concerns. A source of stress for me with jobs such as these is often the workers; unprofessional, judgemental or rude -- the Ivy boys who showed up for the job, however, were very courteous and kind, and respected my home as though it were their own, whilst also doing the work thoroughly to a meticulous finish so that there wouldn't be any future issues or sources of stress.

I am very thankful to Ivy for the overall experience, and for making what was a stressful period for me much easier with their support and service. Thank you!
