I contacted Ivy Roofing to get a leak repaired if it was possible ASAP at Quakers Hill. Suzy was able to book it in for the Monday 2 days later for a Make Safe Leak Repair. I had some spare roof tiles & Alex the Tradesman fitted them & removed the leaking whirly bird as well. I am totally appreciative of Ivy Roofing Specialists promptness & kindness & dealing with them was great as they were so helpful. Very satisfied with service repairs and replacements to downpipes and gutters on a two-storey home in Dundas Valley NSW. Communication with office staff was good and friendly. Response to request for quotation was timely. Inspection visit was carried out on time with advance notification of technician arrival. Report of necessary and recommended repairs was clear and detailed, pricing reasonable. Service was carried out as agreed. Photos of completed work were provided. All rubbish was removed and site was left clean.
