We contacted Ivy roofing to seek advise on issues with the roof on our 2 storey home. We were so impressed with the level of service they provided. We decided to replace the old tiles with metal roofing,new gutters,leaf guard,sky lights and whirly gigs. From the moment we contacted all staff were friendly,prompt and knowledgeable. They kept in touch with us all along the way. They tidied up daily and even checked for any pieces of metal which may have been missed once the job was done. The final job looks great, we have had lots of comments from neighbours on how good our home looks now.

While they came to replaced our whirly bird, they also fixed up the flexi-point along the ridge caps which had washed out from after their recent job cause by the wet weather. I would not have detected it otherwise.

The team from Ivy always showed up on time. Our work was booked in for one of the wettest weeks of the year, but they showed up every morning in the rain to remove the old guttering and to do whatever else could still be done in the rain. The quote was comprehensive with no hidden surprises at the end. Our initial quote was given after a thorough 45-minute roof inspection, unlike other companies that just took drone photos. Matt recently installed new gutters and a whirlybird at my place and did a fantastic job. He was easy to deal with, turned up when he said he would, and got the work done without any fuss. The quality of the work was excellent and everything was left neat and tidy when he finished. It's hard to find reliable tradespeople these days, but Matt was professional, honest and clearly takes pride in his work. Michael and the team were amazing. They were happy to provide multiple quotes on various different works as I wasnt sure how much i wanted to have completed in the one go.
During the quote they were the only one that sealed the cracked tile without knowing if they would win the job or not. Genuinely nice guys who did a great job. As a female getting quotes these guys were amazing as they didnt overcomplicated anything.
We had our capping/pointing done by another company last July that was done shockingly, then we had another leak so we had to get it all redone, we didnt want to use the same people we used, came across IVY Roofing, we had 3 quotes, these guys were the most genuine as they didnt say we needed work done that we didnt, quoted on what was needed.
