Ok. I rarely write reviews, as I expect people to do what they are meant to do. But... in Ivy Roofing's case I can find no fault with their work and level of service, Firstly the estimator actually went up on to the roof and advised on other problem areas that needed to be attended to. (unlike another installer who didn't do a roof inspection and still charged $90). I was advised by text of date and time and given a reminder beforehand and on the day of the work. The work was done promptly and the guys took all the building rubbish away with them. (Other tradies sometimes like you use the household bin as a tip) A special mention goes out to Ryan the installer who kept me informed throughout and even told me when he was going to lunch. (great communication skills). I wish other trade companies would run their business as professionally as Ivy Roofing. Work done in Pymble .
