We had Ivy come out to inspect our roof many months ago when we first noticed what we thought was a small water leak in our alfresco area.

Initially, we were a little taken aback by the quote. Like many people, we probably expected a roof to just be a roof. What we came to understand through the process is how much proper maintenance matters, and how critical the roof is in keeping your home dry and protected from the elements.

We obtained several quotes from other roofing companies and ultimately realised that Ivy were completely on the money. While there were one or two slightly cheaper options, I did not feel the same level of confidence that the job would be done properly. Ivy’s initial inspection was thorough, and the original scope of works was exactly what we ended up proceeding with.

In 2025 and 2026, it genuinely feels like finding good, trustworthy tradies has become harder and harder, with plenty of shonky operators around. At no point did we feel that with Ivy. They were professional, transparent, and straightforward from start to finish, which gave us real confidence in the work being done.

The team were very helpful and managed to fit us in quickly despite it being a very busy season, which we really appreciated given the urgency of the repairs.

We are based in Kellyville Ridge and I have no hesitation in recommending Ivy Roofing going forward.

The team at Ivy roofing specialists lived up to the reviews posted , before proceeding to engage them to repair a leak from a skylight at my premises in Kellyville.rang in the morning and had a seamless experience being kept up to date from booking to arrival of the roofing specialists.The team members informed me of the problem (a seepage from the skylight flashing all repaired and provided with supporting photos of before and after completion of repair. Ivy Roofing were great to deal with. The assessor’s knowledge of the problem and how to fix it, followed by quality of the workmanship from the team who completed the job and backed by a clearly genuine desire from all their team to look after the customer are worthy of a 5 star rating.

Had a positive experience with Ivy Roofing. Engaged Ivy Roofing to replace lead flashing and install Prestite foam under cut tiles in valleys. Had some concerns with the finished installation so I emailed Michael that night and next morning at 8:30 am he rang to arrange an inspection - at the site meeting he accepted my concerns and made arrangements to have them rectified. The work was carried out to my satisfaction as well as additional works not part of the scope at no further cost. I found Ivy Roofing to have excellent customer service always arrived on time, easy to deal with from office staff to site workers, worksite was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended the company
