Had a positive experience with Ivy Roofing. Engaged Ivy Roofing to replace lead flashing and install Prestite foam under cut tiles in valleys. Had some concerns with the finished installation so I emailed Michael that night and next morning at 8:30 am he rang to arrange an inspection - at the site meeting he accepted my concerns and made arrangements to have them rectified. The work was carried out to my satisfaction as well as additional works not part of the scope at no further cost. Very organised team. I had roof leak after broken tiles due to the storms. They did an immediate fix and identified root cause, then came back to complete the job. Pretty smooth process overall.
